Steele’s 2019 Detroit Autorama Top 10
Each year we go to Detroit Autorama expecting to see great things and 2019 definitely didn’t disappoint! There were so many great builds, so much creativity, skill and thought put into each one that it blew us away.
The Great Eight was packed with exceptional builds built by professionals vying for the Ridler Award but there were so many other spectacular rides there too.
In order to make sure they don’t get overshadowed, it was difficult but we managed to narrow down our favorites (outside of the Great Eight) to 10. Here they are (in no particular order):
- 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertible

2. 1959 Chrysler Imperial Roadster

3. 1956 Pontiac Star Chief Convertible

4. 1970 K5 Blazer

5. 1964 Chevy Nova

6. 1957 GMC Carry All NAPCO

7. 1966 Ford Mustang

8. Mach 1 Mustang

9. 1972 Ford Maverick

10. 1934 Lincoln Pickup

Here are more pictures we captured of the amazing builds in Detroit this year (including a boat and an RV too!):
