More than 200 Classic cars, trucks, and street rods will fill the Steele Rubber Products Parking lot on Saturday September 28, 2013, as the company holds its annual Open House. This event marks the sixth year Steele Rubber Products has hosted a car-show for the local community.

Open House 2013 features free plant tours, goody bags, food vendors and more than a dozen awards, including People’s Choice, Best Custom, Best Street Rod and Best of each decade from the 20s up.

“This event is coming on the heels of a successful Collector Car Appreciation Day Cruise-in.  We are expecting a lot more cars, we’ve reserved extra parking and our whole staff will be here to welcome the community,” said Matt Agosta, President Steele Rubber Products.

Steele Rubber Products makes quality rubber parts and weatherstripping for classic cars, trucks and hot rods. The company has been operating for more than 55 years with family members and veteran weatherstripping experts as staff. Weatherstrip and rubber parts are molded, vulcanized, packaged and sold by the 60-employee company in Denver, NC.
