Whether you’re working on a car, truck, RV, boat, or a custom project, we’ve got a catalog for you. Each part featured in our catalog comes complete with a detailed cross-sectional drawing, dimensions, and the various footage options available. This simplifies the process of matching your current seal with our top-notch products. Additionally, every part is labeled with a part number for quick and easy navigation on our website.
- The On-Demand Catalog is specific to the year, make, model, and style of your vehicle. This catalog will only include direct fit parts for your vehicle.
- The Street Rod Catalog is our newest addition and is the perfect resource for anyone building custom car, truck, street or hot rod.
- The Universal Catalog is a catch-all that includes almost all of our universal seals for many different applications like a custom car, a tractor, various household projects, etc., and includes some of our RV and marine profiles.
- The RV Catalog will include all of our most popular weatherstripping from window seals to slide out seals for everything from class A motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers and more.

Once you have your catalog, take a sample of your current weatherstripping along with measurements and begin comparing to our product offerings. If your weatherstripping is still installed, just snap a photo of the profile and measurements for comparison.

Our sample packs are an excellent resource that allows you to test fit a part before buying to ensure it’s the right one. Categorized by market, shape, and application, each pack contains 1″ sample pieces of our most popular parts for that category as well as a card with drawings and dimensions of the included parts on the front while the back has a ruler and additional details to help guide you in selecting the right part. If you don’t find a perfect match in one of our packs, it at least serves as a starting point for comparison with the rest of our offerings in that category. Additionally, we do offer a la carte samples of virtually anything we sell by the foot. So, if you find a part you think may work, and it isn’t included in any of our sample packs, contact our customer service department to get a sample sent to you.
Silly Putty Test
The silly putty test is a great option if you’re trying to seal something when you don’t have the old part for comparison. It’s a quick and easy process, too! All you need to do is wrap some silly putty in plastic wrap, place it in the area where the gap is and shut the door or trunk. Then, when you open it back up, the silly putty is now molded into the shape of the space you need to fill with weatherstripping. Carefully remove the silly putty from the vehicle and begin taking measurements.
Generally, you’ll want your seal to be a bit bigger than that space. If your putty mold is 3/8″ tall, maybe go with a seal that measures 9/16″ or 1/2″ tall. Once you’ve got your measurements, you can compare to our catalogs or call us to get free samples for test fitting.

Send us photos
If you’re replacing a old, worn out seal, and still have it, send us a photo! What we need is a cross section view of the shape of the seal, which allows us to identify the shape, type of rubber, and any other unique features like ribs or a metal core. We’ll also need to know the dimensions of the seal.
We always recommend keeping your originals until you have a replacement seal that has proved to work correctly.
If you don’t have the old seal, you can still send us photos of the area you’re trying to seal, along with measurements, and that should give us a good starting point for product recommendations. Although it can be challenging to go off of just photos of the area alone, we are determined to find everyone the right part for their project!
